Mr. Recupero focuses his practice in civil defense litigation, specializing in premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, professional liability, and other negligence cases. Based on his past service as a Judicial Staff Attorney and Judicial Law Clerk for several years, he provides clients with unique knowledge and value gained through extensive hands-on experience across the vast spectrum of law and into complex legal matters.

Mr. Recupero is an Eagle Scout and accomplished writer. He has placed as a winner of The Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine’s Biannual Short Story Contest for 2011, 2013 and 2015, with his entries published.  He has contributed articles selected for publication in the Pennsylvania Young Lawyers Division newsletter, At-Issue. He previously has had numerous Judicial Appellate Opinions selected for publication in the Montgomery County Law Reporter.  Additionally, his script, The Working Man, has placed as a semifinalist in two national playwriting contests. 

A graduate of Villanova School of Law, Mr. Recupero is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He previously served as an Arbitrator for Montgomery County. He is actively involved in nonprofit community theatre and directed student theatrical productions at Devon Preparatory School for many years. He resides with his wife in Malvern.
