Shanna Kim practices civil defense litigation with emphasis on automobile negligence, slip and fall, breach of contract, and premise liability.
Before joining Andrew Moore and Associates, Shanna was a judicial law clerk for President Judge Thomas G. Parisi in Berks County where she assisted in several criminal trials including a capital murder trial. She drafted extensive legal opinions including criminal appeals and PCRAs. She was also an Arraignment Master and sat for and supervised arraignments and Gagnon II parole violations.
In addition, Shanna was a legal intern for the United States Air Force JAG Corps in Pearl Harbor, HI. While there she researched and prepared legal presentation for Security Forces, helped with preparations for Court Martials, prepared questions for and observed witness interviews, wrote a Sexual Assault Legal Review for a pending case.
When not at work, Shanna enjoys traveling with her husband, seeing movies, reading, writing, and going on walks with her dog. She is also a trivia enthusiast, having been a contestant on Jeopardy in 2013.
