Mr. Moore Is a trial attorney, successfully defending client’s rights his entire career, with a practice focus in civil defense and insurance fraud litigation. Attorney Moore has taken 100’s of cases to verdict in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies, with experience as an Arbitrator and Mediator for a variety of complex cases, including real estate and commercial transactional work and DUI matters.
Moore frequently lectures. Presenting seminars on litigating insurance fraud, auto cases, and trial techniques and in cross examining expert witnesses for various claims organizations, to include: insurance companies, and law enforcement. Additionally, he is an instructor for the Temple University School of Law LLM Program.
When not kicking plaintiff attorney-butt, Moore is an avid Dallas Cowboy and SF Giants fan, binge watches the Desperate Housewives series and enjoys needle point & basket weaving.
