Diane Beyers

Ms. Beyers has defended individuals in bodily injury and property damage actions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over five years. Her experience includes serving in the role of House Counsel for an insurance company. She has routinely handled all aspects of case management from inception to favorable resolution including depositions, motion practice, settlement, and arbitrations. She has also won defense verdicts for her clients in jury trials. Previously, Ms. Beyers worked on a wide range of cases for a Plaintiff firm.

Ms. Beyers is a proud graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude, served as a member of the Temple Law Review, was published in a law journal, and was involved in numerous public interest and/or criminal defense internships and legal clinics.

Originally from upstate New York, Ms. Beyers has lived in the Philadelphia area for almost ten years. She now resides in Oreland, PA with her husband and cat. She enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and kayaking in her free time.
